- Quality location over quantity
- Up to $20 million
- Vacant or Occupied
- Hard Corner preferable
- Low Cap Rate acceptable if below market rent.
Generally looking in TX, CA, ID, FL, TN, UT, CO but open to other states depending on several factors.
